Great vibe good products. Customer service was a bit slow but the peach mango tea was good and pool table was nice.

Jubeee (Gilberto) is the best! I started coming here because my friend Patrick asked me to play in the smash tournaments and I was pleasantly surprised with the spot. The seating is great and they have booths if you want a more private experience. Establishment has been clean and service is fast so I’ll be bringing more of my friends to play in the tourneys for sure.

So I'm not good with reviews but i will say i am a regular at this nice establishment. The bartenders and everyone that works here take care of me and has great service. Food id like to see an improvement in because 5$ for a small empanada is kinda crazy. And the only real food on the menu is that or like mozzarella sticks or fries or candy. The atmosphere here is pretty good and everyone’s friendly but from what i see and can feel personally and what I'm hearing from others is that the AC isn’t working right or is broken. I hear everyone during the day and afternoon complaining about how it’s hot and uncomfortable in this place. At night it gets a little better. As a regular the AC used to work so much better than this. I have noticed im way hotter than usual. It’s honestly miserable sitting in this place since we all come from the hot summer heat outside and doors are always opening and closing which doesn’t help. I’ve sat in here and it’s hard to sit in a place and sweat. Ive heard employees agree with customers that its really hot. I’ve heard through friends that come here that the owner of the place doesn’t care as much maybe or maybe he’s just cheap and doesn’t want to fix it

Herb and Roots, it must’ve been the threads of fate that led me here. I arrived in a moment of weakness. My wife had left me, and she took everything: the house, the dog, my Fitbit. Also the kids. Thats when I saw him, so tall, so Brazilian. It was as if everything else in my life just melted away. As he served me I could feel myself slipping, his warm smile, his bright laugh. I’d never felt this way about a man before, but something in me had erupted. The more I come the deeper I fall, but I can tell it’s not mutual, for now I just watch, but I know I’m just settling and it’s driving me crazy. I crave more. His warm breath against my neck, I want him to ravage me. Sweat glistening, skin against skin, I NEED him. And if I don’t get it I’m afraid of what I might do. Bad, something really bad. Anyways, good drinks and great service! Would recommend to all my friends!

I feel so happy. I love herb n roots and it’s the best. Especially when Alex and Jubie are there, They are so nice and helpful and make yummy yummy drinks. I will be back! for jubie and alex service. So good! Very nice! Wow. I love.
